Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to final approval. Your ability to understand client needs, recommend tailored financing solutions, and deliver a high standard of customer service will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assess their financial requirements and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and submission.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay on top of market developments, mortgage products, and regulatory changes in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with intermediaries and referral partners to drive new business opportunities.
